The exercise bench is the basic element of the home gym equipment. The multitude of exercises that can be performed with the training bench affects the popularity of this product. You can choose a bench designed for weight training with a load or for typical cardio. The bench itself gives us a lot of possibilities, and in the set with accessories such as a prayer book, leg holder or a place for dumbbells and a barbell, it allows you to do a full training like in a classic gym at your own home, and at the same time keep order.
The Proform Sport XT Olympic bench with stands is the basic element of your home gym equipment. You can set the backrest in 6 different inclination angles. Thanks to this, you can conveniently work on selected muscle groups, without having to buy other equipment. All you need is a bench, barbells and dumbbells to be able to effectively increase your strength, endurance and sculpt your figure.
The maximum load on the bench is 231 kg. It has four sponge-covered handles to block the legs, and there is space for up to 59 kg of weights. Thanks to this, while sitting on the bench, you can also perform a strong leg training. The handles on the barbell rack can be placed lower or higher, depending on what exercises are planned.
The bench is covered with foam and aesthetic modern looking material. Blue Proform logo inserts make the product even more attractive.
Remember that training should be preceded by a warm-up to reduce the risk of injury. In the case of barbell exercises, it is important for your safety that someone be ready to help you finish lifting the last rep.
