Proform Olympic Bench Carbon Strength

Properties:

The exercise bench is the basic element of home gym equipment.
The multitude of exercises that can be performed with the training bench affects the popularity of this product.
You can choose a bench designed for weight training with a load or for typical cardio.
The bench itself gives us a lot of possibilities, and in a set with accessories such as a prayer book, a leg holder or a place for dumbbells and a barbell, it allows you to do a full workout like in a classic gym in your own home, and at the same time keep order.
The Carbon Strength Olympic Bench from Proform will help you perform even the most advanced strength training in your own home.
The backrest and seat are adjustable, you can set them in a total of 66 configurations.
Thanks to this, you can comfortably and effectively work on selected muscle groups. All you need is a bench, barbells and dumbbells to increase your strength, endurance and sculpt your figure.
You can set the barbell handles at a convenient height for you, depending on your height and the exercises you want to perform. It is made possible by safety hooks, which you can freely adjust. The adjustment allows you to adjust the height of the barbell and its distance from the bench, making it even more universal. In addition, the stand is equipped with two load holders that will allow you to keep order in your home gym. There are also holders for training rubbers on the stand.
The set with the bench also includes an adjustable preacher with a barbell holder, which you can remove if necessary.
Both the bench and the prayer book are covered with foam and aesthetic modern-looking material. Blue Proform logo inserts make the product even more attractive.
Remember that training should be preceded by a warm-up to reduce the risk of injury. In the case of barbell exercises, it is important for your safety that someone is ready to help you finish lifting the last rep.
